Meridian Consulting Group is proud to offer FacilitateHS™.  FacilitateHS™ is an add-on module to the FacilitateFM™ program and offers detailed health and safety data management. The system is designed for health and safety personnel, not your IT department. FacilitateHS™ is fully integrated with FacilitateFM™ and shares the same technical features of FacilitateFM™ but offers the following content features:

Content Features

  • Asbestos Module

    • Tracks suspect asbestos containing building materials (ACBM) as well as non-suspect materials for compliance with AHERA reporting requirements.
    • Offers drawing integration for simplified location identification. You can highlight rooms that contain asbestos and easily connect asbestos record data to space data in FacilitateFM™ with point and click ease.
    • Includes standard reports for periodic inspections, displaying ACBM only, immediate response items and more
    • Allows entry of images such as photographs of damaged ACBM for easy identification in immediate response reports by asbestos trained personnel or contractors. This insures that damaged items are correctly identified and not overlooked by contractors making repairs. (See examples)

  • Lockout/Tagout Module

    • Fully integrated with the equipment module in FacilitateFM™ for ease of data entry and access.
    • Offers drawing integration for simplified location identification. You can highlight rooms that contain LOTO items and easily connect LOTO record data to space data in FacilitateFM™ with point and click ease.
    • Allows unlimited image entry to identify LOTO items, isolating devices or anything that you wish to relate to your LOTO data.

  • Confined Space Module

    • Tracks a wide range of parameters related to the confined spaces such as location, use(s), hazards, permitting and more.
    • Offers drawing integration for simplified location identification. You can highlight rooms that contain confined space items and easily connect confined space record data to space data in FacilitateFM™ with point and click ease.
    • Allows unlimited image entry to visualy identify confined space items.

  • Lead Paint Module

    • Stores sample information from lead paint XRF surveys such as XRF measurement, substrate, structure, color, condition and more.
    • Offers drawing integration for simplified location identification. You can highlight rooms that contain lead paint above a certain data measurement (ppb) as well as easily connect lead paint record data to space data in FacilitateFM™ with point and click ease.

  • Lead in Water Module

    • Stores water sample data from water testing investigations.
    • Allows input of data as related to a specific source (e.g. water fountain) and sample type for year to year comparisons.
    • Offers drawing integration for simplified location identification. You can highlight rooms that contain lead water measurements above a certain modifiable standard (ppb) as well as easily connect lead in water record data to space data in FacilitateFM™ with point and click ease.

  • Radon Module

    • Stores radon sample data from radon investigations.
    • Allows input of data as related to a specific area or location as well as different sample types for year to year comparisons.
    • Offers drawing integration for simplified location identification. You can highlight rooms that contain radon measurements above a certain modifiable standard (pCi/L) as well as easily connect radon record data to space data in FacilitateFM™ with point and click ease.

  • Written Plans Module

    • Creates and stores written plans for any health & safety areas you would like to include.
    • Includes default written plan templates for most major health & safety areas that you can use as a base in creating your own.

  • Training Tracking Module

    • Allows you to create recurring trainings for your staff.
    • Easily enter participants and set up tracking for expiring certifications or training requirements.
    • Generates sign-in sheets and training status reports.
    • Includes auto-apply feature add groups of employees by department, employment position or supervisor to a training to speed up setup and initial data entry.
    • Notificaiton and reminder system for sending out emails to staff for training scheduling, etc.

  • Employee Right to Know (ERK) Module

    • The Employee Right-to-Know component includes a fully-searchable database of Material Safety Data Sheets and can replace your outdated and hard-to-manage paper MSDS system.
    • Provides step by step instructions for adding your own MSDS's into the system as necessary.
    • Configurable as a networked resource on your network to allow staff to search and retrieve MSDS's through the browser on their desktop.
    • Allows MSDS inventory to be linked to locations within your facility for printing paper copies for areas without computer access such as a maintenance room or kitchen.

  • Health & Safety Funding Module

    • The funding component tracks individual MDE projects down to the invoice level.  Includes 17-digit UFARS coding and tracking.  You’ll never accidentally go over-budget or forget to complete a project again.
    • Easily setup projects and enter invoices.
    • Configurable warning limits gives colored visual indicators of invoice totals reach a percentage of the project that you specify and/or go over budget on a project.
    • Automatic UFARS report generation makes MDE data entry a snap

  • Drawings Module Integration (optional at additional cost)

    • Allows full integration of floor plans with FacilitateFM™ and FacilitateHS™ for click and retrieve ease of use.
    • Allows users to quickly and easily connect related information. For example, you can simply click on the show me asbestos button to highlight every space that contains asbestos containing materials (ACBM).
    • Fully customizable to your desires from entering data to highlighting spaces to generating reports.
